He has held key roles across government, private sectors, and academia, with expertise spanning ethical hacking, cyber privacy, artificial intelligence governance, incident response, and risk management. His Ph.D. in Homeland Security Policy and Coordination, with a focus on Cybersecurity, supports his vision for OSRS—to build a consultancy that seamlessly merges technology with strategic communication, ensuring organizations are equipped to meet evolving challenges.
